摘  要:缺水城区流域治理与生态修复核心问题在于水,破解之道也在于水。为缓解遵义市中心城区高坪河和干溪河区域水生态及水环境问题,结合区域环境现状特征,对生态补水工程施工期和运行期的环境影响因素进行识别和分析,重点评价工程对敏感对象的影响。分析成果表明,工程施工和运行期对周边地区生态环境不利影响较小,有利影响较突出,具有显著的生态环保和社会经济效益。研究成果可为保障建设项目生态环境保护工作顺利开展和流域高质量发展提供有力支撑。The core issue of watershed management and ecological restoration in water deficient urban areas lies in water,and the solution also lies in water.In order to alleviate the water ecological and environmental problems in Gaoping River and Ganxi River areas of the central urban area of Zunyi,and in combination with the current characteristics of the regional environment,this article identifies and analyzes the environmental impact factors during the construction and operation periods of the ecological water replenishment project,with a focus on evaluating the impact of the project on sensitive objects.The analysis results indicate that the construction and operation period of the project has a relatively small adverse impact on the ecological environment of the surrounding area,and the favorable impact is more prominent,with significant ecological and environmental protection and socio-economic benefits.The research results can provide strong support for the smooth implementation of ecological environment protection work in construction projects and the high-quality development of the river basin.
