摘　　要：以云南某火电厂热控专业为案例,深入分析热工设备可靠性差、缺陷多等问题及热控专业人员偏年轻、技术技能水平弱、管理水平较低等矛盾,提出“双提升”管理模式,即,热工设备可靠性提升管理+热控专业人员综合能力提升管理。实施“双提升”管理模式后,热工设备可靠性得到大幅提升,同时也快速打造出高质量热控专业团体,形成良性循环与发展。Taking a thermal control major in a thermal power plant in Yunnan as a case study,this article deeply analyzes the problems of poor reliability and multiple defects of thermal equipment,as well as the contradictions of young thermal control professionals,weak technical skills,and low management levels.A"dual improvement"management model has been proposed,which includes reliability improvement management of thermal equipment and comprehensive ability improvement management of thermal control professionals.After implementing the"dual improvement"management model,the reliability of thermal equipment has been significantly improved,and high-quality thermal control professional groups have also been quickly created,forming a virtuous cycle and development.
