如何进一步加强EPC总承包项目管理的探讨

摘　　要：随着国内外经济形势的变化以及社会建设需求的日益增加,EPC总承包项目在国内工程建设中的应用越来越广泛。依托近年来参与浠水县穿越高铁线道路工程、宝塔大桥改造工程、清泉城区南北城水厂及城区供水管网改造工程,登封市少林大道下穿隧道工程及中岳文化旅游保护开发项目等多个EPC总承包项目取得的经验,收集并查阅了以往EPC总承包项目的相关资料,吸取了其中的经验和教训,对当前EPC总承包项目管理的重要性、面临的新问题及挑战进行了深层次的分析,提出了新时代、新背景下EPC总承包项目管理的一些改进举措,期望这些研究成果对同类项目具有借鉴意义。With the changes in the domestic and international economic situation and the increasing demand for social construction,the application of EPC projects in domestic engineering field is becoming increasingly widespread.Based on the experience gained from several EPC projects in recent years,including the Xishui County High-speed Railway Road Crossing Project,Baota Bridge Renovation Project,Water Plant and Urban Water Supply Network Renovation Project of Qingquan North and South Cities,Dengfeng City Shaolin Avenue Underpass Tunnel Project,and Zhongyue Culture and Tourism Protection and Development Project,relevant information on previous EPC projects have been collected and consulted,and many experiences and lessons have been learned.A deep analysis was conducted on the importance,newly-faced problems and challenges of the current EPC project management,and some important measures for EPC project management in the new era and background were proposed.It is hoped that these research results will be of great significance as reference for similar projects.
