摘 要:我国双峰驼资源较丰富,具有广泛应用价值,其乳用性能是重要的经济性状。骆驼乳与其他乳类相比,具有更加丰富的营养物质和生物活性因子,发挥重要功能性价值,对人体健康、疾病预防及治疗具有重要作用。本文通过分析比较双峰驼乳、单峰驼乳、奶牛乳、山羊乳、马乳、驴乳及母乳等不同种类乳中营养物质组成、含量及功能性物质特征,全面系统掌握国内外双峰驼乳研究现状,结合营养物质和功能性物质,为今后骆驼乳进一步开发应用及提升我国特色乳核心竞争力奠定理论基础。Bactrian camel resources are relatively abundant in China,with a wide range of application value,of which dairy performance is an important economic trait.Compared with other milk,camel milk has more abundant nutrients and bioactive factors,plays an important functional value,and plays an important role in human health,disease prevention and treatment.By analyzing and comparing the nutrient composition,content and functional substance characteristics of different types of milk,such as bactrian camel milk,dromedary milk,cow's milk,goat's milk,horse milk,donkey milk and breast milk,this paper comprehensively and systematically grasped the research status of bactrian camel milk in China,and combined nutrients and functional substances to lay a theoretical foundation for the further development and application of camel milk in the future and the enhancement of the core competitiveness of China's characteristic milk.
