摘  要:针对室内作业环境下,传统动力拖拉机存在空气和噪声污染严重、作业劳动强度大、不易长时间作业与开展试验研究等问题,研制了一款履带式电液悬挂提升与PTO试验平台,通过理论计算和分析等方法研究了关键部件结构参数,并开发了基于NI-FPGA测控系统,实现了对作业平台的远程检测与控制。整机性能试验结果表明:整机行驶稳定性和主动安全性较好,百米直线度偏差约为1%,最小转弯半径1.5m;无滑移情况下整机最大牵引力可达12.5kN,PTO最高转速为1080r/min;在标准转速540r/min工况下,动力输出最大功率为22.5kW;悬挂提升控制试验中,最大提升力为16kN,系统延迟时间为1.2s,最大稳态误差为3.94mm。试验平台动力性能满足设计需求,响应和控制精度较高,可以较好地满足室内作业及多种工况作业需求。Aimed at environment,indoor air and traditional power tractors are serious noise pollution,homework labor intensity big,not easy job for a long time,and to carry out experimental study on the problems such as,the design has developed a crawler type electro-hydraulic suspension and regarding the test platform,through the theoretical calculation and analysis of key parts structure parameters are studied;The system based on NI-FPGA is developed to realize the remote detection and control of the operation platform.The performance test results show that the driving stability and active safety of the whole machine are good,the deviation of 100 meters straightness is about 1%,and the minimum turning radius is 1.5m.Under the condition of no slip,the maximum traction force of the machine can reach 12.5kN,and the maximum PTO speed is 1080r/min.Under the standard speed of 540r/min,the maximum power output is 22.5kW.In the suspension lifting control test,the maximum lifting force is 16kN,the system delay time is 1.2s,and the maximum steady-state error is 3.94mm.The dynamic performance of the test platform meets the design requirements,and the response and control precision are high,which can better meet the requirements of indoor work and various working conditions.
