摘  要:在住院医师规范化培训过程中,为提高规培医师恶性黑色素瘤的诊疗水平,利用PBL和CBL教学模式,结合临床观摩及临床实践,针对恶性黑色素瘤的诊疗开展教学活动。结果表明PBL联合CBL的引导式教学模式有效提高了规培医师的恶性黑色素瘤诊疗理论知识水平,锻炼了规培医生对恶性黑色素瘤诊疗的临床技能,PBL联合CBL的引导式教学结合经典的临床观摩及实践的教学方式,有利于进一步提高住院医师规范化培训的质量。In the course of standardized training for resident physicians,with the aim to improve the diagnosis and treatment level of malignant melanoma,using PBL combined with CBL,combined with classic clinical observation and clinical practice,we carried out teaching activities for the diagnosis and treatment of malignant melanoma.PBL combined with CBL guided teaching mode greatly increased the level of theoretical knowledge of malignant melanoma diagnosis and treatment,and improved the clinical skill level of malignant melanoma diagnosis and treatment.The results show that PBL and CBL guided teaching combined with classical clinical observation and practice is conducive to further improve the quality of standardized training for residents.
