摘  要:通过对铁路货车E级钢裂纹车钩进行失效分析,结合E级钢材质特点、货车运行情况的变化,在现有E级钢的基础上,优化调整合金元素组分、含量,采用稀土微合金化处理技术,利用稀土元素净化、变质、合金化作用,研制出性能更加优异的高强韧性车钩铸钢材料,应用于铁路货车16型、17型车钩铸件及其相关配件,可满足日益提高的铁道货车重载高速的需求。With the aid of the failure analysis of the crack on E-grade steel coupler for railway freight car,alloy element composition and element contents are optimized and adjusted on the basis of current E-grade steel in combination with the characteristics of the steel and the change of operating condition of freight cars,high performance cast steel for high strength and toughness couplers are developed by using rare earth microalloying techniques and taking advantage of the purifying,modifying and alloying effects of rare earth elements,and can be applied to Type 16 and Type 17 coupler castings and accessories for railway freight cars,the newly developed products can satisfy the ever increasing requirements on heavy-haul and high speed railway freight cars.
