摘 要:针对高校物流配送面临的效率低、管理复杂等问题,文章以兰州市某一高校为研究对象,结合实际情况发现在高峰期完成完整的取件流程存在排队时间过久等现象,基于此提出以人工配送和智能自提柜相结合的模式代替现有的人工派件方式,并利用flexsim软件对改进后的配送模式进行模拟仿真,提高了配送效率,减少了人工成本。In view of the problems of low efficiency and complex management faced by colleges and universities in logistics distribution,this paper takes a university in Lanzhou as the research object,and combined with the actual situation,finds that there are problems such as too long queuing time when completing the complete pick-up process at peak times.Based on this,it proposes to replace the existing manual delivery mode by combining artif icial distribution and intelligent pickup cabinet.In addition,f lexsim software is used to simulate the improved distribution mode.By comparing the results with the previous traditional distribution mode,the distribution efficiency is improved and the labor cost is reduced.
