摘  要:高速铁路较大程度提高了人们的出行效率,但列车高速运行加剧了轮轨冲击振动噪声,干扰线路周边居民的生活环境。道岔作为高速铁路的关键设备,为缓解轮轨冲击振动,需要从道岔产品的结构设计、加工制造方面采取改善措施。在结构设计中通过对道岔平面线型、尖轨降低值、辙叉结构、扣件系统、无缝线路、刚度均匀化等进行研究和优化,注入减振降噪新元素;在加工制造中采取修复钢轨原材断面、提高尖轨及心轨轨顶轮廓加工精度、钢轨调直顶弯精度、轨件组装相对高度及滑床类垫板制造偏差等工艺措施,以提升道岔的平顺性。High-speed railway improves people’s travel efficiency to a large extent,but the high-speed train operation intensifies the impact vibration noise of wheel and rail,which interferes with the living environment of residents around the line.As the key equipment of high-speed railway,turnout needs to take improvement measures from the aspects of structure design,processing and manufacturing in order to alleviate the impact vibration of wheel and rail.In the structural design,new elements of vibration and noise reduction are injected through the study and optimization of switch plane line,frog of sharp rail,frog structure,buckle system,seamless circuit and stiffness uniformity.In order to improve the smoothness of the turnout,some technological measures are taken,such as repairing the rail section,improving the machining precision of the top profile of the sharp rail and the core rail,the precision of the straightening and bending of the top of the rail,the relative height of the rail assembly and the manufacturing deviation of the sliding bed plate.
