高职测绘类专业“三融四递、学产交互”人才培养改革探究

摘　　要：为解决当前人才培养中存在的“重仪器操作轻数据处理、重技能培养轻思想育人、重校内教学轻企业生产”等问题。江西环境工程职业学院以“校企共建测绘地理信息大数据处理中心,实施企业订单人才培养”为切入点,将企业高层和技术人员融入教师队伍,将项目生产环境融入教学环境,将项目生产过程融入教学过程,构建起“专业基础-单项技能-核心能力-生产能力”等四阶段递进式的课程体系,通过“理论与实践交互进行、校内学习与企业锻炼交互进行、技能训练与项目生产交互进行”的方式培养学生的职业能力,较好地提升了人才培养质量。In order to solve the problems existing in the current talent training,such as“emphasizing instrument operation over data processing,emphasizing skill training over ideological education,emphasizing school teaching over enterprise production”.Jiangxi Vocational College of environmental engineering takes“the school enterprise joint construction of Surveying and mapping geographic information big data processing center,the implementation of enterprise order talent training”as the starting point,integrates the enterprise senior management and technical personnel into the teaching team,integrates the project production environment into the teaching environment,and integrates the project production process into the teaching process,and establishes a four stage progressive curriculum system of“professional foundation-single skill-core competence-production capacity”,Through the way of“interaction between theory and practice,interaction between school learning and enterprise exercise,interaction between skill training and project production”,students’professional ability is cultivated,and the quality of talent training is improved.
