摘　　要：乡村振兴离不开电力的支持,而电力的发展更离不开优秀电力人才的支撑。文章介绍了安徽电气工程职业技术学院以当下农村电网对技术技能人才的迫切需求为切入点,积极探索实践,形成以定向培养模式深化产教融合,推进中国特色学徒制改革的新型人才培养模式。Rural revitalization cannot be separated from the support of electric power,and the development of electric power is more inseparable from the support of excellent talents.Currently,based on the urgent demand of rural power grid for technical and skilled talents,Anhui Electrical Engineering Professional Technique College actively explores and practices,and develops a new talent training mode employing orientation training to deepen the integration of industry and education and to promote the reform of apprenticeship with Chinese characteristics.
