摘 要:该文以筏式渔排为研究对象,对其在台风工况与一般工况下的水动力性能进行研究,提出了一种基于RBF代理模型的动力响应多指标快速预测方法。通过商业软件Orca Flex对渔排在波浪中的动力响应进行数值模拟,计算其在不同工况的动力响应时历,进一步求解响应的能量谱密度(power spectrum density,简称PSD),对比分析基于瑞利分布假设的最有可能最大值(most probable maximum Value,简称MPM)与考虑非线性影响的时历最大值,研究表明,筏式渔排垂向运动基本满足线性系统响应假设,而水平运动、走板所受载荷与锚绳张力响应则具有较强的非线性。利用正交试验设计法确定样本点,经数值模拟得到样本数据库,采用逆多元二次径向基函数(inverse multiquadric radial basis function,简称IMQ RBF)构建了五个代理模型。根据筏式渔排各部分破坏模式制定相应的风险等级划分指标,用以配合RBF代理模型形成险情分级预警的方法。研究表明,该模型可以为筏式养殖设备在恶劣海况下的动力响应预报及安全性评估提供技术支撑。A floating raft is used as the research model,the hydrodynamic performances of the floating raft under extreme and ordinary sea conditions are analyzed,then a rapid prediction method of dynamic response based on RBF surrogate model is proposed.The motion and stress responses in time domain of the floating raft in waves are numerically simulated by commercial software OrcaFlex,then the PSD(Power Spectrum Density)of all responses are calculated,the maximum values in time history are compared with the MPM(Most Probable Maximum Value)based on Rayleigh distribution.The results show that the vertical motion of raft basically satisfies the linear response system hypothesis,on the contrast,the horizontal motion,the tension and sheer stress of the plates and the tension of mooring lines have strong non-linearity.The sample points are determined according to the orthogonal experimental design method,and the sample database is obtained through numerical simulation.The IMQ(Inverse Multiquadric)RBF(Radial Basis Function)is used to construct five surrogate models.The corresponding risk classification indexes are developed to match the RBF surrogate models to form a hierarchical warning method.This research can provide technical support for the response predications and safety assessment of floating raft under extreme sea conditions.
