摘　　要：提出了多余物控制在发动机再制造过程中的重要性,分析了某型号发动机再制造过程中的多余物情况,并结合发动机维修生产线特点,论述了多余物预防与控制在人、机、料、法、环、测等方面采取的措施。通过加强再制造过程多余物的控制,提高了再制造发动机的质量和可靠性。The importance of redundant material control in the engine remanufacturing process is proposed,the redundant material situation in the engine remanufacturing process of a certain model is analyzed,and the measures taken in terms of human,machine,material,method,environment and measurement for the prevention and control of redundant material are discussed with the characteristics of engine maintenance production line.The quality and reliability of remanufactured engines are improved by strengthening the control of redundancy in the remanufacturing process.
