摘 要:合成生物学作为一门新兴交叉前沿学科,是当今大国科技竞争中生物前沿技术和生物安全领域的必争之地。对合成生物学领域的学科交叉融合态势进行探究,为识别新兴学科交叉方向以及我国合成生物学的学科布局优化和管理有一定的情报参考价值。运用文献计量和社会网络分析方法,基于Web of Science数据库1913-2021年间的科研论文,从合成生物学领域的学科交叉规模、学科交叉强度、学科交叉网络和演化三个方面进行了研究分析。结果发现,合成生物学领域20%的论文存在学科交叉,学科交叉度平均为0.58;理学、工学、医学是其中的三大交叉领域,与哲学、法学、管理学等社会科学领域的交叉融合也在不断深入;1990年以来,合成生物学领域的学科交叉融合广度在持续增加,已逐渐形成“小中心、大网络”的多边学科交叉网络。合成生物学领域的学科交叉仍存在较大的潜在发展空间,今后我国应加强合成生物学技术在工学、医学领域的转化和应用,加深与管理学、教育学等社会人文领域的渗透融合。As a new interdisciplinary frontier discipline,synthetic biology is the battleground of biological frontier tech-nology and biosecurity among Big-Power competition.Exploring the development trend of interdisciplinary integration in the field of synthetic biology could provide information reference for identify the emerging interdisciplinary direction and the op-timization of subject layout as well as the management in the field of synthetic biology for our country.The methods of biblio-metrics and social network analysis were used to systematically analysised the interdisciplinary scale,interdisciplinary de-gree,interdisciplinary network and evolution of synthetic biology,which based on research papers collected by Web of Sci-ence from 1913 to 2021.The results shown that 20%of the papers in the field of synthetic biology had interdisciplinary,and the average degree of interdisciplinary was O.58;natural science,engineering and medicine were the three major interdisci-plinary subject fields,the interdisciplinary integration with philosophy,law,management and other social science subjects was also deepening;since 1990,the breadth of interdisciplinary integration in synthetic biology has continued to increase,and a multilateral interdisciplinary network of“"small centers,large networks"”has gradually formed.There is stil a large potential space for interdisciplinary development in the field of synthetic biology.Our country should strengthen the transfor-mation and application of synthetic biology technology in the fields of engineering and medicine,and deepen the penetration and integration with management,education and other social and humanistic fields in the future.
