摘  要:热力损失角的存在使上止点位置精度变差。对热力损失角的产生原因进行了阐述,分析了燃烧相关参数的计算原理和实际应用。通过试验验证了2000r·min^(-1)倒拖和30Nm两个工况下热力损失角对燃烧放热率和平均指示压力(IMEP)计算的影响。结果表明,研究工况下热力损失角对放热率的影响较小;损失角的存在使得IMEP的计算与实际值相比偏大,倒拖工况下偏大20%,而在30Nm工况偏大5%。The thermodynamic loss angle makes the phase accuracy of TDC worse.The cause of thermodynamic loss angle was expounded and the calculation principles of combustion parameters and its application were analyzed.The effects of thermodynamic loss angle on heat release rate and indicated mean pressure(IMEP)were investigated through dyno experiment under both 2000r·min^(-1) motored and 30Nm conditions.The results show that the thermodynamic loss angle affects the heat release slightly,as to IMEP,the loss angle makes the calculation value larger than the actual ones(24%larger under motored condition and 5%larger under 30Nm condition).
