摘 要:JJF (铁总) 002—2017《车轴轴端三螺孔位置度量规校准规范》中,规定了车轴轴端三螺孔位置度量规位置度(以下简称“量规位置度”)的测量方法和计量性能要求,但未明确不同情况下计算量规位置度的具体过程和步骤,以及量规位置度符合最小条件的测量结果。通过归纳、总结JJF (铁总)002—2017中的测量方法,形成系统、规范的计算方法,提出最小二乘法和最优解算法2种计算量规位置度的方法。以RE3型车轴轴端三螺孔位置度量规为例,采用3种方法计算量规位置度。计算结果显示,依据JJF (铁总) 002—2017中的计算方法的计算结果最大,最小二乘法的计算结果次之,最优解算法的计算结果最小。实际应用证明,最优解算法计算得到的结果最优。JJF(TZ)002—2017 Calibration specification of position gauge for three holes in ends of axles specifies measurement method and measurement performance for position of the position gauge for three holes in ends of axles(hereinafter referred to as"gauge position degree"),but does not specify the specific process and steps of calculating the gauge position degree under different circumstances,as well as measurement result that the gauge position meets the minimum condition.A systematic and standardized calculation method is formed to calculate the gauge position degree by concluding and summarizing the measurement method in JJF(TZ)002—2017,and the least square method and the optimal solution algorithm are proposed.Taking RE3 position gauge for three holes in ends of axles as an example,three methods are used to calculate gauge position degree.The calculation results show that the result obtained by JJF(TZ)002—2017 is the largest,followed by the result obtained by the least square method,and the result obtained by the optimal solution is the least.The practical application shows that the optimal solution algorithm gets the best result.
