摘  要:以某石化公司环氧乙烷/乙二醇装置作为蓝本,分析环氧乙烷生产过程中副产物甲醛、乙醛的生成机理,针对环氧乙烷装置扩能改造后高负荷工况下EO精制塔中醛含量严重超标的问题,通过对EO精制单元中甲醛和乙醛的采出量、塔顶不凝气排放量/回流比和灵敏板温度等的优化控制,以及在环氧乙烷装置其他单元采取一些脱醛措施,有效降低了EO精制单元内的醛含量,极大地降低了醛类物质给装置生产带来的安全隐患,切实保障了环氧乙烷/乙二醇装置高负荷下的安全、平稳运行。Taking the epoxy ethane/ethylene glycol unit of a certain petrochemical company as a blueprint,this paper analyzes the generation mechanism of by-products formaldehyde and acetaldehyde in the production process of epoxy ethane.In response to the problem of excessive formaldehyde content in the EO refining tower under high load conditions after the expansion and renovation of the epoxy ethane unit,optimization control is carried out on the extraction amount of formaldehyde and acetaldehyde in the EO refining unit,the discharge/reflux ratio of non condensable gas at the tower top,and the temperature of the sensitive plate,And some aldehyde removal measures were taken in other units of the ethylene oxide unit,effectively reducing the aldehyde content in the EO refining unit,greatly reducing the safety hazards caused by aldehydes to the production of the unit,and effectively ensuring the safe and stable operation of the ethylene oxide/ethylene glycol unit under high load.
