摘　　要：随着大数据技术应用的普及,数据驱动下的高职教育在管理工作、管理机制、管理效能的等方面发生了巨大变化。不论是教育管理的数据主动驱动还是被动推动,归根结底就是教育管理数字化的问题。基于此,本文对基于数据驱动下的高职教育管理模式创新进行研究,为高职教育数字化管理应用提供参考,推动学校大数据应用与分析,挖掘大数据优势、做好系统资源整合和业务流程再造工作,提高师生获得感和满意度,提高高职院校数字化水平。With the popularization of the application of big data technology,the data-driven higher education has undergone great changes in terms of management work,management mechanism and management effectiveness.Whether the education management is data-driven or passively driven,it boils down to the issue of digitalization of education management.Based on this,this paper researches the innovation of higher vocational education management mode based on data-driven,provides reference for the application of digital management in higher vocational education,promotes the application of big data in schools for analysis,taps the advantages of big data,does a good job of system resource integration and business process reengineering,improves the sense of access and satisfaction of teachers and students,and improves the digital level of higher vocational institutions.
