摘 要:目的探寻新会陈皮蜜熏制前后挥发性成分的变化,为蜜熏制炮制工艺提供理论基础。方法采用固相萃取技术结合气相-质谱联用仪检测熏制前后的新会陈皮的挥发性成分,进行对比分析,并采用不同陈化年份陈皮进行对比验证。结果熏制后挥发性成分种类约减少了35%,但是在熏制前后共有的挥发性成分中,12个成分在蜜熏制后其相对含量有不同程度的变化,主要成分α-侧柏烯、α-蒎烯、β-月桂烯、D-柠檬烯、γ-萜品烯相对含量均较蜜熏蒸前增加约40%。结论熏制后陈皮挥发性成分种类减少,一部分挥发性成分相对含量降低,与传统炮制理论中所认为的降低辛燥之气,缓其药性相吻合;另一部分相对含量增加的挥发性成分均具有化痰平喘、消炎等药理作用,因此本研究从挥发性成分的种类及相对含量变化的角度,能为其不同临床应用提供一定的理论依据。OBJECTIVE To explore the changes of volatile components in Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae°Chachi',providing the theoretical basis for the honey-processing technology and smoking.METHODS The volatile components of different aging years Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae'Chachi'before and after smoking process were detected and comparatively studied by solid phase microextraction(SPME)combined with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(CC-MS).RESULTS The types of volatile components were decreased by about 35%after processing,but the relative contents of 12 common volatile components before and after processing were changed in varying degrees.The main components of 3-thujene,α-pinene,β-myrcene,D-limonene and-terpinene were increased by about 40%compared with before processing.CONCLUSIONAfter being processed,the types of volatile components of Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae'Chachi'are reduced,and the relative content of some volatile components is reduced,which is consistent with the traditional processing theory that smoking-process can reduce its pungency and alleviate medicinal properties.Other increased volatile components have pharmacological effects of elimating sputum,relieving asthma and anti-inflammatory and so on.Therefore,the changes of the volatile components may offer some theoretical evidence for Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae'Chachi'after processing property transform and different clinical application.
