摘　　要：目的分析内镜下微波联合抗幽门螺杆菌治疗对疣状胃炎症状评分、胃功能及Hp根除率的影响。方法选择2021年2月—2022年1月淄博市中西医结合医院收治的疣状胃炎患者90例,按随机数表分为两组,对照组45例采用抗幽门螺杆菌治疗,研究组45例采用内镜下微波联合抗幽门螺杆菌治疗,对两组症状评分、胃功能及Hp根除率进行比较。结果研究组治疗后症状评分为(3.14±0.47)分,比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(t=32.925,P<0.05);研究组治疗后G-17(376.68±44.91)ng/L、PGⅠ(127.62±13.31)ng/L、PGⅡ(25.81±6.23)ng/L比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(t=3.448、9.187、3.976,P<0.05);研究组Hp根除率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.050,P<0.05)。结论VG患者使用内镜下微波联合抗幽门螺杆菌治疗,可改善患者症状及胃功能,能进一步提升其Hp根除率。Objective To analyze the effect of endoscopic microwave combined with anti Helicobacter pylori treatment on the symptom score,gastric function,and Hp eradication rate of verrucous gastritis.Methods From February 2021 to January 2022,90 patients with verrucous gastritis admitted to Zibo Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The control group(45 cases)received anti Helicobacter pylori treatment,and the study group(45 cases)received endoscopic microwave combined with anti Helicobacter pylori treatment.The symptom score,gastric function,and Hp eradication rate of the two groups were compared.Results The symptom score(3.14±0.47)points in the study group after treatment was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=32.925,P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of G-17(376.68±44.91)ng/L,PGⅠ(127.62±13.31)ng/L,and PGⅡ(25.81±6.23)ng/L in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=3.448,9.187,3.976,P<0.05).The Hp eradication rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.050,P<0.05).Conclusion Endoscopic microwave combined with anti Helicobacter pylori therapy can improve the symptoms and gastric function of patients with VG,and can further enhance their Hp eradication rate.
