针刺太冲穴与触觉刺激男性外生殖器的感觉传入fMRI比较研究

摘　　要：目的应用功能磁共振成像(fMRI)技术分析针刺肝经太冲穴与触觉刺激男性外生殖器的感觉传入的中枢效应,验证穴位与体表循行之间特异性联系机制。方法采集30名来自安徽中医药大学的健康青年男性志愿者手针针刺太冲穴与触觉刺激外生殖器的任务态fMRI数据,利用AFNI软件进行数据的预处理及统计分析。结果触觉刺激外生殖器激活脑区为左侧中央后回(BA3)、左侧中央前回(BA6);手针针刺太冲穴激活脑区为右侧前扣带回(BA24)、右侧顶下小叶(BA40)、左侧中央前回(BA6)、右侧颞上回(BA22)、右侧丘脑、左侧顶下小叶(BA40)、右侧额中回(BA10)、左侧额下回(BA46)。结论男性外生殖器与肝经足部区两体表在感觉皮质存在相关性。Objective It is to analyze the central effect of acupuncture at Taichong acupoint of liver meridian and tactile stimulation on male external genitalia by functional magnetic resonance imaging(fMRI),and to verify the specific connection mechanism between acupoints and body surface circulation.Methods The task state fMRI data of 30 healthy young male volunteers were collected by hand acupuncture at Taichong acupoint and tactile stimulation of external genitalia.AFNI software was used for data pretreatment and statistical analysis.Results The left posterior central gyrus(BA3)and left anterior central gyrus(BA6)were activated by tactile stimulation.The brain regions activated by hand acupuncture at Taichong acupoint were right cingulate gyrus(BA24),right subparietal lobule(BA40),left anterior central gyrus(BA6),right superior temporal gyrus(BA22),right thalamus,left subparietal sulcus lobule(BA40),right middle frontal gyrus(BA10),and left inferior frontal gyrus(BA46).Conclusion Male external genitalia is correlated with foot body surface of liver meridian in sensory cortex.
