大学生健康信息回避现状及影响因素研究

摘　　要：探索大学生健康信息回避现状及影响因素,为其进行合理的健康信息回避提供对策与建议。文章采用混合研究方法,首先通过定性研究,基于扎根理论对半结构化访谈资料进行三级编码得出影响因素的3个主范畴、13个子范畴;然后根据定性研究结果进行定量研究,设计调查问卷。经统计学分析发现,健康信息素养、自我感知、信息过载、信息相关性、任务阻碍、健康环境对健康信息回避产生显著影响;最后针对以上影响因素从高校图书馆、大学生群体、媒介平台、政府部门4个层面提出建议,为帮助大学生进行合理的健康信息回避提供参考。The paper explores the current situation and influencing factors of college students'health information avoidance,and provides countermeasures and suggestions for their reasonable health information avoidance.This paper adopts a mixed research method.Firstly,the qualitative research method is adopted.Based on the grounded theory,the three-level coding of semi-structured interview data is carried out to obtain three main categories and 13 subcategories of influencing factors.Then,according to the results of qualitative research,a quantitative study is conducted and a questionnaire is designed.Through statistical analysis,it was found that health information literacy,self-perception,information overload,information relevance,task hindrance and health environment would have a significant impact on health information avoidance.Finally,according to the above influencing factors,suggestions are put forward from the aspects of university library,college students,media platform and government department,so as to provide reference for helping college students to avoid health information reasonably.
