摘 要:针对矿井提升机采用传统的控制方式存在控制精度低、调速性能差、转矩脉动大、启动特性较差等问题,通过对矿井提升机控制策略进行研究,提出了矢量控制策略并设计了滑模控制器,在MATLAB/Simulink中搭建了仿真分析模型,采用理论分析与数值模拟相结合的方式对矿井提升机进行仿真分析并进行了现场实验,仿真及实验结果表明:使用滑模控制器使得提升机启动性能得到很好的改善,转矩脉动减小,提升系统启动特性更加平稳,验证了控制策略的优势和效果。Mine elevator is an important material lifting and conveying equipment in the underground coal mine,which plays an important role in the coal mine production system.In view of the problems of the traditional control methods,such as low control accuracy,poor speed regulation performance,large torque pulsation and poor starting characteristics,Through the control strategy of mine hoist,By the vector control strategy and designing the slide mode controller,A simulation analysis model was built in the MATLAB/simulink,Theoretical analysis and numerical simulation were used on the mine hoist and the field experiment,Simulation and experimental results show that the starting performance of the sliding mode controller is well improved,Less torque pulsation,Improve the system startup features more stable,The advantages and effects of the control strategy are verified.
