摘  要:基于车载嵌入式测试技术、虚拟仪器技术、总线通信技术、分布式测试技术,构建了基于无线Wi-Fi的分布式检测与CAN总线数据采集与解析的混合式现场状态监测系统,完成某型装备上装电液系统故障检测硬软件平台的开发与集成。故障检测系统可实现装备液压与电控等系统的现场监测、故障的预测预报、诊断排除与可视化维修指导,提高操作维修人员的维修保障效率,更好地发挥装备的作战保障能力。Based on on-board embedded testing technology,virtual instrument technology,bus communication technology and distributed testing technology,this paper constructs a hybrid field condition monitoring system based on wireless Wi Fi distributed detection and CAN bus data acquisition and analysis,and completes the development and integration of hardware and software platform for fault detection of a certain type of equipment installed electro-hydraulic system.The fault detection system can realize the on-site monitoring of equipment hydraulic and electronic control systems,fault prediction,diagnosis and elimination,and visual maintenance guidance,improve the maintenance support efficiency of operation and maintenance personnel,and give better play to the combat support ability of equipment.
