摘  要:针对皮带运输机存在的故障率高、监测信息不完善、监测方式单一的问题,提出基于ARM的皮带运输机综合保护装置优化方案。重点介绍了以S3C2440 ARM9处理器为核心的皮带运输机综合保护器硬件、软件设计方案,由GA-BP神经网络对皮带运输机故障进行精确诊断,以TCP/IP通信模式将皮带运输机运行数据传送至上位机,基于MCGS组态软件实现实时监测,并完成试验验证。结果表明,优化后的皮带运输机综合保护装置满足设计要求,提升了皮带运输机的故障诊断效率,完善了监测信息和监测方式,有助于提升皮带运输机的作业安全系数和作业效率。Aiming at the problems of high failure rate,imperfect monitoring information and single monitoring method of belt conveyor,the optimization scheme of ARM-based belt conveyor integrated protection device is proposed.The hardware and software design scheme of the belt conveyor integrated protector with S3C2440 ARM9 processor as the core is highlighted.The GA-BP neural network makes accurate diagnosis of belt conveyor faults,transmits belt conveyor operation data to the upper computer in TCP/IP communication mode,realizes real-time monitoring based on MCGS configuration software,and completes experimental verification.The test results show that the optimized belt conveyor integrated protection device meets the design requirements,improves the fault diagnosis efficiency of the belt conveyor,improves the monitoring information and monitoring mode,and helps improve the operational safety and efficiency of the belt conveyor.
