川芎茶调类制剂中留兰香检查项的补充检验方法研究

摘　　要：目的薄荷为川芎茶调类制剂的主要成分,留兰香的性状与薄荷相近,易发生掺伪掺杂问题,有必要建立川芎茶调类制剂中留兰香检查项的补充检验方法。方法采用GC法检查留兰香专属性成分香芹酮的限量,并用GC-MS/MS法确证超过限量的阳性样品。结果2.50~100.03μg·mL-1香芹酮与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9993),平均回收率为98.58%,RSD=1.58%,专属性、重复性、耐用性均好。收集了市售川芎茶调类制剂共52批次,其中,6批次检出香芹酮并超过限量,生产企业在薄荷的投料中混有留兰香的比例为11.5%。结论所用方法准确可靠、操作简单,可用于川芎茶调类制剂中香芹酮的定性及定量检测,可作为现行质量标准的补充。OBJECTIVE Mint was the main component of Chuanxiong Chatiao preparation(CCP),and the properties of spearmint were similar to those of mint,which was prone to adulteration.It was necessary to establish a supplementary test method for spearmint in CCP.METHODS A GC method was established to check the limit of carvone,the specific component of spearmint,and the positive samples exceeding the limit were confirmed by GC-MS/MS.RESULTS The determination range of carvone by GC was 2.50-100.03μg·mL^(-1),showing a good linear relationship(r=0.9993).The average recovery was 98.58%,with the RSD of 1.58%.Specificity,repeatability and durability were good.A total of 52 batches of CCP were collected,of which carvone was detected in 6 batches and exceeded the limit.The proportion of spearmint mixed in the feeding of mint was 11.5%.CONCLUSION The established method is accurate,reliable and simple.It can be used for the qualitative and quantitative determination of carvone in CCP,and can be used as a supplement to the current quality standard.
