摘　　要：设计了一套适用于发那科Mate200iD工业机器人的智能工具库机械装置,能够满足工业机器人智能化更换末端执行器的需求。介绍了智能工具库的系统组成、工作原理,分析了智能工具库机械装置的总体结构,以及末端执行器放置功能、定位功能、旋转功能,并对关键零部件进行了优化。A set of intelligent tool library mechanism suitable for FANUC Mate 200iD industrial robot was designed,which can meet the need of intelligent replacement of end effector by industrial robot.The system composition and working principle of the intelligent tool library were introduced,the overall structure of the intelligent tool library mechanism,as well as the placement function,positioning function and rotation function of end effector,and the key component was optimized.
