新时代中医肝病学科建设之思考

摘　　要：随着人民生活水平和健康需求日益提高,伴随疾病谱变化和现代医学发展,作为中医药特色和优势学科的中医肝病学科发展遇到了挑战。在新业态下,如何保持学科发展动力和后劲是值得思考的问题。本文就学科建设的三个主要方面,包括学科发展方向调整、平台建设、人才培养等,结合上海中医药大学附属曙光医院肝病科发展现状,与同道商榷。As people′s living standards and health needs are increasing,along with changes in the disease spectrum and the development of modern medicine,the development of the discipline construction of the hepatology of Traditional Chinese Medicine,which is a specialty and advantage of TCM,has encountered challenges.Under the new environment,it is worthwhile to consider how to maintain the momentum and stamina of the discipline′s development.This paper discusses the three main aspects of discipline construction including the adjustment of discipline development′s direction,platform construction,and talent training,in the context of the current situation of the development of the Department of Hepatology in Shuguang Hospital affiliated to Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,with colleagues.
