阿立哌唑与利培酮治疗精神分裂症患者的临床效果和安全性

摘　　要：目的:分析阿立哌唑与利培酮治疗精神分裂症患者的临床效果和安全性。方法:选取2019年1月—2022年8月福州市精神病人疗养院诊治的208例精神分裂症患者作为研究对象。根据随机单盲法将其分为观察组及对照组,各104例。对照组给予利培酮口崩片,观察组给予阿立哌唑口崩片。两组在治疗期间给予常规处理。比较两组治疗前、治疗8周后临床症状、记忆功能、临床疗效及不良反应。结果:治疗8周后,观察组阳性症状评分、阴性症状评分、一般精神病理学症状评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗8周后,观察组再认评分、联想评分、图片记忆评分、背数记忆评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:阿立哌唑与利培酮是治疗精神分裂症的常用药物,阿立哌唑的治疗优势更明显,效果好,安全性高,而且能够有效改善患者的疾病症状和记忆功能。Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of Aripiprazole and Risperidone in the treatment of patients with schizophrenia.Method:A total of 208 patients with schizophrenia diagnosed and treated in Fuzhou Psychiatric Sanatorium from January 2019 to August 2022 were selected as research objects.According to random single blind method,the patients were divided into observation group and control group,104 cases in each group.The control group was given Risperidone Orally Disintegrating Tablets,and the observation group was given Aripiprazole Orally Disintegrating Tablets.Both groups were given routine treatment during treatment.The clinical symptoms,memory function before treatment and after 8 weeks of treatment,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Result:After 8 weeks of treatment,the scores of positive symptoms,negative symptoms and general psychopathological symptoms in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment,the scores of recognition,association,picture memory and number memorization memory in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Aripiprazole and Risperidone are commonly used in the treatment of schizophrenia.Aripiprazole has more obvious therapeutic advantages,good efficacy,high safety,and can effectively improve the disease symptoms and memory function of patients.
