旋转DSA三维重建技术应用于肝癌介入治疗中的效果

摘　　要：目的:观察肝癌介入治疗中旋转数字减影血管造影(DSA)三维重建技术的应用效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年10月福建医科大学附属漳州市医院80例肝癌介入治疗患者为本次研究对象。根据计算机随机分组法将其分为对照组及观察组,各40例。对照组采取传统DSA技术,观察组采用旋转DSA三维重建技术。对比两组图像质量、动脉和病灶显示情况、门静脉分支检出率、肝动脉分支检出率、临床疗效。结果:观察组图像质量优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组肿瘤侧支循环血管、小病灶、小病灶供血动脉、小病灶侧支循环血管显示率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组肝动脉分支3/4级检出率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组门静脉分支1级、2级、3/4级检出率略高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组总缓解率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肝癌介入治疗中应用旋转DSA三维重建技术可提高图像质量、动脉显示率,利于疾病的治疗。Objective:To observe the application effect of rotational digital subtraction angiography(DSA)three-dimensional reconstruction technology in interventional therapy of liver cancer.Method:Eighty patients with liver cancer received interventional therapy in Zhangzhou Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University from January 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the subjects of this study.The patients were divided into control group and observation group according to computer random grouping method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group taken the traditional DSA technique,and the observation group taken rotational DSA threedimensional reconstruction technology.The image quality,arterial and focal display condition,portal vein branch detection rate,hepatic artery branch detection rate and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Result:The image quality of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The display rates of tumor collateral circulation vessels,small lesions,supplying blood arteries of small lesion and small lesion collateral circulation vessels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The detection rate of hepatic artery grade 3/4 in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The detection rates of grade 1,grade 2 and grade 3/4 of portal vein branches in the observation group were slightly higher than those in the control group,but the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The total remission rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of rotational DSA three-dimensional reconstruction technology in the interventional therapy of liver cancer can improve the image quality and arterial display rate,which is conducive to t
