摘　　要：目前,UC发病机制未明,其治疗在世界上是一大难题,因此需制备理想的UC动物模型以供深入研究。对溃疡性结肠炎(ulcerative colitis, UC)动物模型进行回顾分析,总结UC动物模型的中西医临床特点吻合度,分析其不同。UC动物模型的建构主要包括化学法、免疫法、基因法,也涉及复合法、自发性动物模型及中医病证结合法,与临床吻合度最高的模型是“湿热造模法灌胃+免疫+TNBS”。本研究对具有中西医临床病证特点的UC动物模型进行分析,并对其优缺点进行评价,为今后构建理想的UC模型提供参考。To review the present animal models of ulcerative colitis(UC),summarize the clinical characteristics of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in UC animal models and analyze their differences.The results showed that UC animal models were mainly constructed by chemical method,immunization and gene method,and combined method,spontaneous animal model and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)disease and syndrome combination method were also involved.The model with the highest clinical consistency was dampness-heat modeling gavage+immunity+TNBS.Since the pathogenesis of UC is unknown,its treatment is a major problem for medical doctors worldwide.Therefore,an ideal UC animal model needs to be prepared for further study.In this paper,the UC animal models with clinical characteristics of traditional Chinese and Western medicine were reviewed,and the advantages and disadvantages of the models were evaluated to facilitate the construction of ideal UC models in the future.
