聚焦解决模式在妇科恶性肿瘤化疗患者症状群管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨聚焦解决模式在妇科恶性肿瘤化疗患者症状群管理中的应用。方法选取86例接受化疗的妇科恶性肿瘤患者,根据随机抽签法分为观察组与对照组,各43例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施聚焦解决模式。比较两组患者化疗期症状困扰程度及生活质量。结果观察组化疗期症状困扰程度评分(42.39±5.51)分显著低于对照组的(75.82±7.03)分,生活质量评分(87.22±9.12)分显著高于对照组的(64.41±6.23)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对妇科恶性肿瘤患者实施聚焦解决模式,可有效缓解患者化疗期间症状群对其产生的困扰和影响,有助于提高患者的生活质量、顺利完成化疗计划。Objective To explore the application of focused solution mode in symptom group management of gynecological malignant tumor patients undergoing chemotherapy.Methods 86 patients with gynecological malignant tumor who received chemotherapy were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to random drawing method,43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the observation group was treated with focusing mode based on the control group.Symptom distress and quality of life were compared between the two groups during chemotherapy.Results Symptom distress score(42.39±5.51)points in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(75.82±7.03)points,quality of life score(87.22±9.12)points was significantly higher than that in the control group(64.41±6.23)points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of focused solution mode for patients with gynecological malignant tumor can effectively alleviate the disturbance and influence of symptom groups on patients during chemotherapy,and help to improve the quality of life of patients and successfully complete the chemotherapy plan.
