摘　　要：在“大众创业、万众创新”战略布局下,高职院校的创新型人才培养已经成为研究热点。本文从分析创新型人才应具备的素质内涵入手,对高职院校创新型人才进行界定,基于当前高职院校创新人才培养的机遇和制约因素,给出了高职院校创新型人才培养的策略。“双高”建设背景下,我国高等职业院校应当强化创新型人才培养,为我国宏观经济转型及产业升级提供大批具有创新意识、创新思维、创新品格、创新能力的高素质技术技能型人才。Under the strategic layout of"mass entrepreneurship and innovation",the cultivation of innovative talents in higher vocational colleges has become a research hotspot.Starting from the analysis of the quality connotation that innovative talents should possess,this paper defines the innovative talents in higher vocational colleges.Based on the opportunities and constraints,this paper puts forward the strategies for the cultivation of innovative talents in higher vocational colleges.Under the background of"double high"construction,higher vocational colleges in China should strengthen the cultivation of innovative talents,and provide a large number of high-quality technical and skilled talents with innovative consciousness,innovative thinking,innovative character and innovative ability for China's macroeconomic transformation and industrial upgrading.
