摘 要:本文分析了高职院校励志水平的现状与心理弹性之间的关系,为提升高职生励志水平提供建议。研究结果显示,从总体上看被试的励志水平的状况处于中间水平,但在主动性和践行力上得分相对较低;性别维度上,在心理弹性的坚韧性、力量性和乐观性上均呈现显著性差异;生源地维度上,励志水平的保障力上呈现显著性差异。经过相关分析,被试励志水平的各个因子和总分均与心理弹性的各个因子呈现显著的正相关;心理弹性的相关因子中两个自变量(力量性和乐观性)被选入了回归方程,均起到正性预测作用。This thesis proceeds a research among students in the higher vocational schools to analyze the relations between encourage level and psychological resilience.The purpose of this thesis is to raise their encourage leve.As the outcome shows,subjects have a intermediate level in general but have relatively lower score in initiative and practical state.In gender dimension,there are significant differences in resilience,strength and optimism of psychological resilience.In the dimension of the source of origin,the guarantee power of the encourage level shows significant differences.Through the relative analysis,what manifests is there is significant positive correlation between each element and total score of motivational level and each element of psychological resilience.There are two independent variables(strength and optimism)have been selected into regression equation and all of them play a role in positive prediction.
