摘 要:随着重载铁路运量增加和超大功率电力机车的使用,站内轨道电路绝缘节烧损问题时有发生。为解决重载铁路站内绝缘节烧损问题并优化站内牵引回流路径,实际测试了朔黄铁路神池南站烧损绝缘节处两侧电压差及牵引回流数值,分析了绝缘节烧损原因,提出了一种针对重载铁路站内绝缘节烧损问题的解决方案,并对方案进行了试验验证。试验数据表明,该方案能够有效降低绝缘节两侧电压差,避免绝缘节烧损。With the increase of heavy haul railway traffic and the use of supper power electric locomotives,the burning of insulation joints of track circuit in the station often occurs.In order to solve the problem of burning of insulation joint in heavy haul railway station and optimize the traction return circuit within the station,voltage difference and traction return current values at both sides of burned insulation joints in Shenchi South Station of Shuozhou-Huanghua railway are tested and the causes of burning of insulation joints are analyzed.With regard to these,a scheme for the solution of burning of insulation joints in heavy haul station is put forward,and it is tested and verified accordingly.The experimental data shows that the scheme is able to effectively reduce the voltage difference on both sides of the insulation joint and avoid burning of the insulation joint.
