复方苦参注射液辅助放化疗治疗中晚期食道癌的效果及对免疫因子的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨复方苦参注射液辅助放化疗治疗中晚期食道癌(EC)的效果及对免疫因子的影响。方法选取2019年8月-2022年8月期间新疆伊犁州奎屯医院接受放化疗治疗的中晚期EC患者96例,按照随机数字表法进行分组,即对照组(48例)与研究组(48例)。对照组接受常规同步放化疗治疗,研究组在此基础上辅以复方苦参注射液治疗。比较两组临床疗效、免疫因子水平[T淋巴细胞分化簇4^(+)(CD4^(+))与分化簇8^(+)(CD8^(+))],以及不良反应。结果总有效率对比,研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后研究组CD4^(+)水平高于对照组(P<0.05),CD8^(+)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组消化道不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用放化疗治疗的中晚期EC患者辅助应用复方苦参注射液取得了较为理想的临床效果,可以有效改善患者的免疫功能,抑制消化系统不良反应,具有临床推广价值。Objective To investigate the effect of compound sophora flavescens injection in the treatment of advanced esophageal cancer(EC)and its influence on immune factors.Methods 96 patients with advanced EC who received radiotherapy and chemotherapy in our hospital from August 2019 to August 2022 were selected and divided into control group(48 cases)and study group(48 cases)according to the random number table.The control group received routine concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy,and the study group was supplemented with compound sophora flavescens injection.The clinical efficacy,immune factors[T lymphocyte differentiation cluster 4^(+)(CD4^(+))and differentiation cluster 8^(+)(CD8^(+))]and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of CD4^(+)in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the level of CD8^(+)was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of gastrointestinal adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The adjuvant application of compound sophora flavescens injection in the treatment of middle and late stage EC patients with radiotherapy and chemotherapy has achieved relatively ideal clinical results,which can effectively improve the immune function of patients,inhibit the adverse reactions of digestive system,and has the value of clinical promotion.
