中医药结合康复、针灸综合疗法治疗脑梗死恢复期或后遗症期的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的 脑梗死在临床上具有较高的发病率,而当患者发生这一病症后,患者的机体功能会受到一定程度的影响,肢体障碍是患者在发病后的常见机体功能损伤后遗症,本次研究通过对照试验分析将中医药结合康复、针灸综合疗法应用于其中的效果。方法 通过随机对照实验的形式开展本次研究,研究时间段设置在2022年1月至2022年4月,录入40例滑县人民医院脑梗死恢复期或后遗症期患者进行研究,在患者入院时根据患者的入院日期单双号进行数据记录,将单号入院的患者记录为对照组,将双号入院的患者记录为实验组,每组中均录入20例患者后,截止录入并统计患者的一般资料。对照组内患者在接受治疗时,研究人员采用常规中医药治疗方式,实验组内患者在这一治疗基础上由医务人员针对患者开展康复针灸综合疗法,治疗完成后研究人员对患者的疗效进行评价,并分析治疗效果。结果 实验组患者的生活质量评分以及运动功能评分相较于对照组来说明显更高,差异显著(P<0.05)。同时在治疗完成后,研究人员针对患者的各项治疗指标进行评价,发现各项数据对比结果中,实验组内患者均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 脑梗死恢复期或后遗症期是脑梗死患者在发病后的常见病情,而为了使患者的治疗效果得到提升,研究人员在针对患者进行治疗时,通过实验的方式确认了,将中医药结合康复、针灸综合疗法应用于其中,能够获得良好的治疗和肢体活动功能,进而促进脑梗死恢复期或后遗症期患者的预后恢复质量,具有良好的可应用价值。Objective Cerebral infarction has a high incidence in clinic,and when the patient has this disease,the patient's body function will be affected to some extent.Limb disorder is a common sequela of body function damage after the patient's illness.This study analyzes the effect of combining traditional Chinese medicine with rehabilitation and acupuncture through contralled experiment.Methods This study was conducted in the form of a randomized controlled experiment.From January 2022 to April 2022,40 patients who go to the recovery stage or sequelae stage of cerebral infarction were enrolled in the study.When the patients were admitted to the hospital,the data were recorded according to the signle and double number of date of admission.The patients admitted to the hospital with single number were recorded as the control group,and the patients ad⁃mitted with double number were recorded as the experimental group.After 20 patients were enrolled in each group,the gener⁃al data of the patients were recorded and counted.Patients in the control group were treated with conventional Chinese medi⁃cine,while patients in the experimental group were treated with comprehensive rehabilitation acupuncture and moxibustion.After the treatment,the researchers evaluated the curative effect of patients and analyzed the therapeutic effect.Results The scores of quality of life and motor function in the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).At the same time,after the treatment,the researchers evaluated the treatment indexes of the patients and found that the patients in the experimental group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The conva⁃lescence or sequela of cerebral infarction is a common condition of patients with cerebral infarction after onset.In order to improve the therapeutic effect of patients,the researchers confirme through experiments that the combination of traditional Chinese medicine with rehabilitation and acupuncture comprehensive therapy can
