摘　　要：环状RNA(circRNA)是一种具有调节转录、RNA海绵、蛋白质支架(海绵)及翻译功能的非编码RNA。近几年随着研究的深入开展,研究人员认识到circRNA与疾病的病因,疗效和疾病转归有着紧密的联系,并且意识到其有成为疾病诊断标志物、精准治疗靶点以及预测未来疾病转归的潜力。本文通过对circRNA与常见妇科恶性肿瘤的关系最新研究进展做一综述。Circular RNA(circRNA)is a non-coding RNA with functions of regulating transcription,RNA sponge,protein scaffold(sponge)and translation.In recent years,with the in-depth development of research,research⁃ers have realized that circRNA is closely related to disease etiology,efficacy and disease outcome,and realize that circrNA has the potential to become a disease diagnostic marker,precision treatment target and predict future dis⁃ease outcome.This article reviews the latest research progress in the relationship between circRNA and gynecologi⁃cal malignant tumors.
