摘 要:目的探讨问题式学习(problem-based learning,PBL)联合案例分析教学法在麻醉实习教学中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析广州中医药大学第一附属医院2020年3月—2022年6月的60名麻醉实习医生,根据随机数字表法进行分组,分为常规教学组以及PBL联合案例组各30名。常规教学组采取常规的教学模式,PBL联合案例组采取的是PBL联合案例分析教学法,比较麻醉理论知识掌握度、麻醉临床技能掌握度和实习生对于教学方法的满意度、学生学习兴趣、思维活跃性、文献查阅能力、分析解决问题能力。结果PBL联合案例组实习医生的麻醉理论知识掌握度、麻醉临床技能掌握度优于常规教学组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。PBL联合案例组实习医生对于教学方法的满意度优于常规教学组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。PBL联合案例组下,学生学习兴趣、思维活跃性、文献查阅能力、分析解决问题能力均高于常规教学组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PBL联合案例分析教学法在麻醉临床带教中的应用效果确切,可进一步提高实习医生的临床知识和技能的掌握水平,提高实习医生的学习兴趣和拓展其临床思维,提高实习医生对教学模式的满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of problem-based learning(PBL)combined with case analysis teaching method in anesthesia practice teaching.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 60 anesthesia interns in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2020 to June 2022.According to the random number table method,the students were divided into regular teaching group and PBL combined with case analysis with 30 students.The conventional teaching mode was adopted in the conventional teaching group,while the PBL combined with case analysis teaching method was adopted in the PBL combined with case group,and the mastery of anesthesia theory knowledge,anesthesia clinical skills and interns'satisfaction with teaching methods,students'interest in learning,thinking activity,literature consulting ability and problem-solving ability were compared.Results The PBL combined case group had better anesthesia theoretical knowledge and anesthesia clinical skills than the routine teaching group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of interns to the teaching method in the PBL combined case group was better than that in the conventional teaching group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the PBL combined case group,students'learning interest,thinking activity,literature review ability,analysis and problemsolving ability were all higher than those in the conventional teaching group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of PBL combined with case analysis teaching method in anesthesia clinical teaching is accurate,which can further improve the level of clinical knowledge and skills of interns,improve their learning interest and expand their clinical thinking,and improve the satisfaction of interns with the teaching mode.
