摘  要:目的探讨微视频结合操作技能直接观察法(direct observation of procedural skills,DOPS)的形成性评价在外科动物实践教学中应用效果。方法选择上海健康医学院临床医学(本科)专业学生为研究对象,2019年9月—2020年1月2016级103名学生为对照组,2020年9月—2021年1月2017级149名学生为试验组。对照组采用常规实践教学方法,试验组采用微视频结合DOPS评分的形成性评价的实践教学方法,并分为A组、B组和C组,A组采用微视频教学,B组采用小组教学、同伴互助模式,C组采用以上两种方法联合进行。对比两组技能考核成绩、DOPS评分、学习效果。结果试验组技能考核总成绩为(84.39±3.87)分,高于对照组的(79.39±8.86)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组技能考核总成绩为(82.83±4.24)分,B组为(83.77±3.67)分,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但A组和B组成绩均低于C组的(86.3±3.39)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论微视频结合DOPS评分的形成性评价可作为动物外科实践教学中有效的教学方式,能够显著提高学生实践操作能力和学习兴趣,对学生实践能力的培养起到了明显的促进作用。此外,通过形成性评价学生在实践教学课堂的综合表现,能够促使教师及时调整教学模式与方法,为外科动物实践教学提供了新的思路和方向。Objective To explore the application and evaluation of formative evaluation of micro video combined with DOPS scale in surgical animal experiment teaching.Methods A total of 103 students of clinical medicine(undergraduate)from Shanghai University of Medicine&Health Sciences were selected as the study subjects,and 103 students of grade 2016 from September 2019 to January 2020 as the control group,september 2020-january 20172021149 students as test group.The control group adopted the conventional practice teaching method,The experimental group was divided into group A,group B and group C.Group A was taught by micro-video,group B was taught by group teaching and peer assistance,and group C was taught by combination of the above two methods.The results of skill assessment,DOPS score and learning effect of the two groups were compared.Results The total score of skill test in experimental group was(84.39±3.87)points,which was higher than that in control group(79.39±8.86)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total score of skill test in group A was(82.83±4.24)points,and that in group B was(83.77±3.67)points,with no statistical significance(P>0.05),but the score in group A and group B was lower than in group C,with statistical significance(P<0.01).Conclusion The formative evaluation of micro video combined with DOPS score can be used as an effective teaching method in animal surgery practice teaching,which can significantly improve students'experimental operation ability and learning interest,and play a significant role in promoting the cultivation of students'practical ability.In addition,through formative evaluation of students'comprehensive performance in practical teaching class,teachers can be prompted to adjust teaching modes and methods in time,and provide new ideas and directions for surgical animal experiment teaching.
