人文精神在甲状腺外科医师临床教学和实践中的体现

摘　　要：一名合格的甲状腺外科医师必须具有良好的人文精神,甲状腺青年医师人文精神的培养,需要贯穿在临床实践和教学的全过程。要倡导青年医师重温医学生誓词,以医学名家为榜样,引导青年医师通过换位思考的方式,树立人文关怀意识。指导青年医师谨遵临床基本原则,合理看待和选择新技术,充分评估病情,平衡风险与获益,选择个体化的治疗模式。同时,也要引导青年医师学习新进展和临床指南,及时更新理念,将最小伤害理念根植于心。指导青年医师通过围手术期谈话,对患者进行充分的心理疏导和鼓励,指导患者理性看待分化型甲状腺癌。在临床技能提升方面,要通过实际临床知识和案例的结合,鼓励青年医师健全甲状腺相关知识体系,以提高医疗服务质量为初心。总之,要将青年医师人文精神的培养,体现和渗透于甲状腺结节临床诊疗实践的各个环节。A qualified thyroid surgeon must have good humanistic spirit,and the cultivation of humanistic spirit of young thyroid surgeons needs to run through the whole process of clinical practice and teaching.Young surgeons should be encouraged to review the oath of medical students,and to take medical celebrities as examples so as to establish humanistic care consciousness through empathy thinking.Young physicians should be advised to follow the basic clinical principles and to evaluate and choose new technologies rationally.During clinical practice,young thyroid surgeons should fully assess the clinical conditions,balance the risks and benefits,and choose individualized treatment strategy.At the same time,young doctors should also be guided to learn the new progress and clinical guidelines,update the concept in time,and keep the concept of minimum harm in mind.During clinical teaching,adequate psychological counseling and encouragement to patients should be advised through perioperative talks to guide patients to treat differentiated thyroid cancer from a rational perspective.In the aspect of clinical skill improvement,it is necessary to encourage young physicians to improve the thyroid related knowledge system through the combination of practical clinical knowledge and cases,so as to improve the quality of medical services as the initial goal.In short,the cultivation of humanistic spirit of young doctors should be embodied and permeated into every step of clinical diagnosis and treatment of thyroid nodules.
