摘　　要：设计说明城市的快速发展,导致土地资源的急速缩减,进而导致了许多大城市中原始的种植绿地与绿地景观已被高楼大厦所取代,城市中景观大面积减少,人们不能自由亲近自然。城市规划和建设盲目向周边扩延,大量耕地被占,人地矛盾尖锐;布局分散,土地利用效率低下;道路交通、公共服务等基础设施建设相对不足和落后。Desigon Description The rapid urban development has led to the fast reduction of land resources,followed by the replacement of the original planting green space and green landscape in many large cities by high-rise buildings.The landscape in the city has been largely reduced,and people can not freely get close to nature.The blind expansion of urban planning and construction to the surrounding areas has resulted in the occupation of a large amount of farmland and the sharp contradiction between man and land.Other problems like decentralized layout and inefficient land use emerge.
