摘 要:目的探究重症监护病房护士应用分层次管理模式的心理健康状况。方法随机抽取2021年1—12月山东国欣颐养集团枣庄中心医院重症监护病房的护士28名为研究对象,采取抽签法分为两组,各14名。对照组实施传统管理模式,研究组给予分层次管理模式。比较两组的心理健康情况、心理压力情况和职业疲惫感。结果研究组护士工作、学习、社会压力得分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组躯体化因子、强迫症状、敌对、焦虑、抑郁得分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护士的职业疲惫感得分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在重症监护病房实施分层次管理,能够有效缓解护士的心理压力,充分发挥护士的主观能动性和积极性,不断提高其护理质量和服务水平。Objective To investigate the psychological health status of nurses in intensive care ward with the application of hierarchical management model.Methods 28 nurses in the intensive care unit of Shandong Guoxin Health Care Group Zaozhuang Central Hospital from January to December 2021 were randomly selected as the study subjects,and were divided into two groups with 14 nurses in each group by drawing lots.The control group was given traditional management mode,and the study group was given hierarchical management mode.Mental health,psychological stress and occupational fatigue were compared between the two groups.Results The work,study and social pressure scores of nurses in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of somatization factor,obsessive-compulsive symptom,hostility,anxiety and depression in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The occupational fatigue scores of nurses in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of hierarchical management in intensive care unit can effectively relieve the psychological pressure of nurses,give full play to the subjective initiative and enthusiasm of nurses,and constantly improve their nursing quality and service level.
