医院人才培养及学科建设的思考与探索

摘　　要：学科建设可直接反映医院学术地位,也可体现医院具备的综合竞争力。在目前的医疗体系下,医院要将学科体系建设持续完善,使自身具备的医疗服务水平得到提升,做好专业人才培养工作是实现目标的重要前提。本文就对医院人才培养和学科建设之间存在的关联进行阐述,分析医院学科功能与建设内容,并从人才培养的角度出发,为学科建设提供建设策略,从而促进医院综合素质的增强,为医院医疗卫生事业的发展添砖加瓦。Discipline construction can directly reflect the academic status of the hospital,and can also reflect the comprehensive competitiveness of the hospital.Under the current medical system,the hospital should continue to improve the construction of the discipline system to improve the level of its own medical services,and it is an important prerequisite for the realization of the goal to do a good job in the training of professional personnel.This paper expounds the relationship between hospital personnel training and discipline construction,analyzes the functions and construction content of hospital disciplines,and provides construction strategies for discipline construction from the perspective of personnel training,thereby promoting the enhancement of the hospital′s comprehensive quality and contributing to the development of the hospital′s medical and health services.
