摘  要:牙齿脱矿及时修复,可避免龋齿的发生,尤其是儿童牙齿矿化不全,更容易导致脱矿而引起龋齿.生物医用活性陶瓷具有较好的生物活性和生物诱导性,可促进组织的矿化.通过钙磷基和钙硅基生物活性陶瓷探讨对牙釉质脱矿后的仿生矿化效果,对比其矿化机制进行阐述.该类生物活性陶瓷具有较好的生物学性能,在口腔及骨修复中发展前景较好,是临床上硬组织修复的首选材料之一.The timely tooth demineralization repair can avoid the occurrence of dental caries.In particular,children′s teeth mineralization is not complete,which is more likely to lead to demineralization and further cause dental caries.Bioactive ceramics have good bioactivity and bio-inducibility so that they can promote the mineralization of tissues.In this study,the bionic remineralization effect of demineralized enamel was discussed by calcium phosphorus-based and calcium-silicon-based bioactive ceramics,and their mineralization mechanism was elaborated in detail.This type of bioactive ceramic has good biological properties and good development prospects in oral and bone restoration and is one of the preferred as hard tissue repair matrials for clinic.
