摘　　要：基础教育阶段智慧校园经过近10年的发展,已取得较好成效,但面对疫情与新的教育发展理念,其支撑与服务能力捉襟见肘,技术供给生态不足以支撑信息技术与教育教学的深度融合及创新发展。而教育数字化转型战略的提出,为突破信息技术与教育深度融合的“最后一公里”指明方向。智慧校园需要重塑发展逻辑与技术供给生态,加快构建形成技术与教育双向驱动机制,有力支撑学校教育高质量发展。结合学校智慧校园发展实际,分析智慧校园支撑业务运作的三个层次,提出新一代智慧校园发展逻辑及关键要点,并提出新一代智慧校园技术支撑框架及核心内容,呈现基于该技术框架所形成的智慧校园供给新生态与发展新样态。After nearly a decade of development,smart campus in the basic education has gained expected achievements.However,in the face of the epidemic and new concepts of education development,its support and service capacity is insufficient.The ecology of technology supply does not deliver enough support to the deep integration and innovative development of information technology and education and teaching.The proposal of the digital transformation strategy of education points out the direction of breaking through the“last mile”of the deep integration of information technology and education.Smart campus needs to reshape the development logic and ecology of technology supply,accelerate the formation of a two-way driving mechanism for technology and education,and flexibly support the high-quality development of school education.Based on the actual development of smart campus in schools,the article analyzes three levels of business operation supported by smart campuses,proposes the development logic and key points of the new generation of smart campuses,and brings forward the framework of technology support and core content of the new generation of smart campus,It presents the new ecology and development pattern of smart campus supply formed based on this technical framework..
