摘　　要：结合既往资料,基于对国内外相关文献的梳理与分析,探讨道德型领导在护理领域中的研究进展情况。分析文献发现,道德型领导在护理领域中的内涵尚未完全统一,国外有关道德型领导在护理领域中的研究较国内更成熟,从定性研究、测评工具的编制、量性研究到干预策略的构建等一步步在完善中;而国内的研究起步较晚,形式比较单一,均为量性研究。本研究对国内外护理领域中的道德型领导概念、研究现状、测量工具、积极影响及培训策略进行阐述,以期为道德型领导在我国护理领域中的相关研究提供借鉴和参考。The research progress of ethical leadership in the nursing field is discussed based on the previous data,the review and analysis of relevant literature at home and abroad.The analysis reveals that the connotation of ethical leadership in the nursing field has not been fully unified,and certain research is more mature abroad than that in China.Qualitative research,development of measurement tools,quantitative research,and the construction of intervention strategies are being improved step by step.However,the domestic researches start late with relatively simple forms and presented only as quantitative studies.This study expounds the concept of ethical leadership,research status,measurement tools,positive impacts and training strategies in the nursing field at home and abroad,in order to provide reference for the research on ethical leadership in the nursing field in China.
