摘  要:标准GB/T 16935.1[1]和EN IEC 60664-1[2]给出了剖面上如何确定电气间隙与爬电距离的路径的一般指导原则,但标准没给出有关路径通过具体空间结构下的解决方案。该论文论述了位于绝缘板材表面两侧的导体之间通过孔的圆弧面的电气间隙和爬电距离的路径的建模过程与求解方法。对单个变量的数学模型成立的条件,爬电距离路径的几何意义,两个变量数学模型的EXCEL算法,爬电距离存在桥接的情形的数学模型等多个问题进行了探讨。并对有关测量方法和计算结果进行了验证。The standard GB/T 16935.1[1]and IEC 60664-1[2})give general guidelines on how to determine the pathes of clearances and creepage distances on the cross sections,but the standards do not give a solution regarding the path through a specific spatial structure.This paper discusses the modeling process and solving method of pathes of clearance and creepage distance through the arc surface of a hole between conductors located at two sides of a insulating board.Several problems,such as the conditions for the establishment of mathematical model of a single variable,the geometric significance of creepage distance path,the EXCEL algorithm of mathematical model of two variables,and the mathematical model of creepage distance with bridge are discussed.Relevant measurement methods and calculation results are validated.
