摘  要:为研究低压缩永久变形的轨下垫板的配方及硫化体系,采用热空气老化试验箱等设备,分析了胶种、无机填料种类、偶联剂用量、硫化剂配比及硫化时间对轨下垫板压缩永久变形的影响规律。结果表明:丁苯橡胶的压缩永久变形优于天然橡胶;纳米高岭土压缩永久变形显著优于白炭黑、碳酸钙和煅烧陶土;偶联剂最佳用量为1份;硫磺和促进剂TE最佳比例为0.8∶1.2;硫化时间以10 min为宜。研究结果可以为轨下垫板压缩永久变形的改善提供参考。The purpose of this work was to study the vulcanization system of rubber pad with low compression and permanent deformation.The influence of rubber type,inorganic fillers,coupling agent dosage,curing system and curing time on the compression set of rubber pad was studied by using hot air aging test chamber and other equipments.The results show that the compression set of rubber pad with SBR is better than that with NR and the compression set of rubber pad with nano-kaolin is better than that with silica,calcium carbonate and calcined clay.The optimum dosage of coupling agent is 1 phr.The optimum ratio of sulfur to TE is 0.8∶1.2 and the optimum curing time is 10 min.This work can provide a reference for the improvement of the compression set of rubber pad.
