通用敞车缓解阀拉杆吊座故障技术分析

摘　　要：通过对中国国家铁路集团有限公司通报的缓解阀拉杆吊座典型故障情况进行分析,结合中国铁路济南局集团有限公司日照车辆段在检修运用过程中发现的缓解阀拉杆吊座锈蚀超限、开焊、漏焊等故障,总结了通用敞车缓解阀拉杆吊座在材质本身及日常运用中存在的问题,提出了落实焊修工艺及岗位互控控制措施、材质及连接方式、检修修程方面的改进方案建议。Typical failure modes of relieving valve draw bar hanger were analyzed,such as rust over limit,weld seam cracking and welding-missed found in the process of maintenance and operation,the failure causes were the material selection inappropriate and improper daily use and maintenance.Improving welding repair process,post mutual control,material and connection type optimization,examine and repair program improvement were proposed to solve these failures.
